Attendees will learn from a set of panelist who develop, own, or manage student housing. The panelists will educate attendees to better understand the larger landscape of student housing on college campuses. This interactive session will provide insight on the different factors driving trends in student housing, as well as cover what you can do to meet student expectations, remain competitive on college campuses, and explore the creative public/private partnerships that Cleveland State utilizes to provide housing options for its on-campus students. See and hear about the amenities, successes, and challenges in this unique market segment that is helping transform CSU and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Following the panel will be guided tours of both Fenn Tower dorms and the new Euclid Commons dorms on campus.

Prior to the event, attendees will receive a confirmation that includes a Master Parking Pass and instructions for entry into the self-parking garage located off of Chester Avenue. From there it is a short walk to Fenn Tower.
